About me

I am 19 years old and have successfully completed my training as a kindergarten assistant. I have applied for a position in leisure pedagogy and aim to become a future leisure educator. Growing up bilingual, I am able to support children in their language development, particularly in helping them learn and practice different languages.

Over the years, I have gained valuable practical experience in child care. Not only have I babysat for friends and family, but I also completed an internship at a kindergarten, where I further developed my skills in creative child care. I particularly enjoy creating creative play activities, where I apply my knowledge from my time at fashion school. Crafting, painting, and other creative activities are some of my strengths, and I find it deeply rewarding to encourage children's imagination and creativity.

In addition, I have learned first aid for child emergencies during my training, which enables me to act calmly and competently in case of an emergency. I believe that providing a safe and caring environment is crucial for the well-being of children.

Alongside my work as a kindergarten assistant, I plan to study education, with the long-term goal of working with children in school settings and supporting their personal and academic growth. In my role as a leisure educator, I aim to focus on developing each child's individual strengths while also addressing their social and emotional needs.

I look forward to expanding my knowledge and skills as a leisure educator, broadening my experience in working with children, and providing them with a safe, creative, and fun environment where they can thrive.
